Reflection on Patient Participation and Doctor-Patient Conflict Resolution Practices

Abstract
The dominant position in clinical medical practice determines that patients have the right and responsibility to par-ticipate in doctor-patient communication,doctor-patient empathy and the practice of joint decision-making.However,the "silence"of patients in doctor-patient communication,improper participation in the practice of doctor-patient empathy and joint decision-making,and doctor-patient conflicts are intrinsically related,which restricts the steady progress of clinical medical practice.There is no doubt that improper patient participation is often the result of factors such as the lack of doctor-patient com-munication mechanisms,asymmetry of medical information,and uneven distribution of medical resources,rather than the subjec-tive malice of patients.So it is necessary to cultivate a cultural atmosphere of doctor-patient communication by strengthening the construction of doctor-patient communication regulations and systems,promote the practice of mutual trust between doctors and patients and enhance the empathy ability of medical practitioners,balance the regional medical resources and optimize the intelli-gent auxiliary platform for doctor-patient joint decision-making,which can optimize the practical process of patient participation in promoting the resolution of doctor-patient conflicts.关键词
