"十四五"内蒙古自治区马铃薯品种登记情况分析
Analysis of Potato Variety Registration in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract
With the implementation of the seed industry revitalization strategy,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as a major potato-producing region in the single-cropping area of northern China,sees its varietal innovation playing a key supporting role in the high-quality development of the regional industry.Using potato variety registration data in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2021 to 2025,this study analyzed registration quantity,applicant type,breeding technology,variety type,and intellectual property protection.The number of registered varieties in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region had shown a high growth trend,with an average annual growth rate of 31.95%.Its proportion of the national total increased from 10.76%to 17.28%.The applicant structure was characterized as"research-led with emerging enterprises",with enterprise participation rising from 42.86%to 50.00%.Crossbreeding dominated(89.16%),while the application of mutation breeding had increased to 7.23%.Fresh-market varieties remained dominant(54.22%),followed by dual-purpose varieties for fresh consumption and processing(25.30%).Variety protection coverage had decreased from 71.43%to 14.28%.In conclusion,potato breeding in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is progressing in quantity,diversification of participants,technological upgrading,and functional diversification,providing strong support for improving industry quality and efficiency.关键词
