Research Hotspots and Theme Evolution Analysis of Multi Drug-Resistant Bacteria from 2010 to 2024 Based on The LDA Model

Abstract
Objective To systematically explore the research hotspots,evolutionary trajectories and driving factors of multi drug-resistant organisms(MDROs)in China from 2010 to 2024,thereby offering an empirical basis for optimizing prevention strategies and guiding future scientific priorities.Methods Based on Wanfang and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases,3,726 relevant Chinese-language academic abstracts were retrieved and screened.Latent Dirichlet Alloca-tion(LDA)were employed for text mining to identify core research themes.The evolutionary trends in thematic prominence were investigated through a multi-dimensional temporal analysis,incorporating metrics such as annual publication share and compound annual growth rate(CAGR).Results Seven prominent thematic clusters were identified,which were categorized into three over-arching domains,including foundational mechanistic exploration(52.81%),clinically driven practice(32.91%),and public health integration(13.93%).Further investigation revealed an evolutionary trajectory in China's MDROs research,characterized by a progression from descriptive epidemiological surveys towards in-depth mechanistic elucidation and data-driven modeling,and ultimately advancing to systematic,precision-based research for prevention and control decision-making.Conclusion Re-search on MDROs in China exhibits strong policy responsiveness and practice-oriented characteristics,with its focus dynamically shifting in alignment with national policies,technological advances,and clinical demands.Greater emphasis should be placed on fostering interdisciplinary integration,promoting the development of AI-powered precision prevention and control systems ground-ed in real-world evidence,and enhancing the generation and global dissemination of localized intervention strategies.These ef-forts are essential to effectively address the challenges of the"post-antibiotic era".关键词
