菊芋的营养价值及其在反刍动物中的应用进展
Research Progress on the Application of Helianthus tuberosus L.in Ruminants

Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of large-scale cattle and sheep breeding,the shortage of high-quality forage resources has become a key bottleneck restricting the healthy development of the industry.Helianthus tuberosus L.is a crop with both high yield and strong adaptability.Due to its unique nutritional composition and feed value,it has received extensive attention in the livestock industry.Helianthus tuberosus L.is rich in phenolic compounds,sesquiterpene lactones,inulin and other active substances.It has the functions of promoting the proliferation of rumen probiotics and acid-producing bacteria,regulating the structure of rumen microflora,enhancing the body's immunity,and improving meat quality.The author systematically reviews the nutritional value of Helianthus tuberosus L.and its application effect in ruminants.The author elaborates on the main nutritional components and bioactive substances in different parts of Helianthus tuberosus L.(leaves,stalks,and tubers),including inulin,flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,and amino acids,and summarizes its potential value as feed.It also summarizes the promoting effects of Helianthus tuberosus L.on growth performance and milk production performance in ruminants,as well as its regulatory effects on rumen microecology.Finally,it looks forward to the application prospects of Helianthus tuberosus L.in improving animal health and enhancing production performance,providing theoretical references for the further development of Helianthus tuberosus L.resources in ruminants.关键词
