焦虑早期改善对抑郁症患者急性期治疗结局影响的多中心随访研究
A multicenter follow-up study of impact of early improvement in anxiety symptoms on acute treatment outcomes in major depressive disorder patients with anxiety
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of early anxiety improvement on acute treatment outcomes in major depression disorder(MDD)patients with anxiety. Methods:This study involved a post hoc analysis of data from a multi-center,multi-stage prospective study.Totally 210 participants with MDD and anxiety were enrolled from nine hospitalsin China.Patients'demographic and clinical characteristics were collected at baseline.Depression and anxiety symptoms were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17(HAMD-17)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)at baseline, week 2 and week 8.Early anxiety improvement was defined as a≥20%or more reduction in HAMA scores at week 2.Multivariable logistic regression was used to explore associa-tions between early anxiety improvement and depression(HAMD-17)and anxiety(HAMA)response/remission at week 8.Results:Early anxiety improvement was observed in 134 patients(63.8%).Early anxiety improvement in-creased the likelihood of achieving depression response(OR=5.44,95%CI:1.90-15.67)and remission(OR=2.61,95%CI:1.16-5.89)after 8-week acute treatment period, early anxiety improvement also increased the like-lihood of achieving anxiety response(OR=3.70,95%CI:1.40-9.76)and remission(OR=3.28,95%CI:1.43-7.53)at 8-week.Conclusion:Early improvement in anxiety symptoms is a significant predictor of favorable a-cute-phase treatment outcomes in depressed patients with comorbid anxiety.关键词
