基于中医古籍和地理信息探讨体质的"时间-空间"变化
Exploration on the evolution of'time-space'on constitution based on ancient Chinese medical texts and geoinformatics

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the constitutional tendencies of populations in different historical periods and their influence by geographical changes.Methods:Articles related to'constitution'from ancient Chinese medical books were screened using the Chinese Medical Classics(V 5.0).After data standardization and database establishment,Arc GIS(10.8.1)software was employed to analyze the development and distribution of constitution theory.This study explored the population convergence of constitutions in various dynasties to understand the theoretical development of constitutional bias.Results:A total of 145 ancient medical books were collected,representing 78 distinguished physicians.From the Jin-Tang period to the Ming-Qing period,the number of physicians showed a significant increasing trend.Concurrently,the geographical distribution of physicians underwent notable changes,transitioning from relative concentration in the early periods to gradual dispersion.Particularly during the Qing dynasty,the distribution of physicians became markedly concentrated in coastal areas.Conclusion:Arc GIS(10.8.1)software revealed the origins and changes of constitution theory within the Chinese Medical Classics.Ancient medical books from different dynasties provide longitudinal models for studying constitutional changes,while variations in geographical areas offer a spatial perspective on constitutional development.This study expands the connotation of'treatment individualized to three categories of etiologic factors',potentially further emphasizing the importance of comprehensively considering social background,regional climate and environment,and individual patient differences in clinical diagnosis and treatment to formulate appropriate therapeutic plans.关键词
