Discussion on establishing a series of criteria for dampness syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Research on dampness syndrome criteria is the foundational work for a series of studies on dampness syndrome.Only dampness syndrome studies conducted based on accurate dampness syndrome criteria possess scientific rigor and practical value.Establishing accurate syndrome criteria requires not only methodological considerations but also a thorough understanding of the inherent complexity of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.Dampness syndrome involves systematic connotations such as different hierarchical levels,element relationships and structural functions,with diverse practical demands spanning clinical practice,medical education,and scientific research.We comprehensively explore the need for establishing systematic dampness syndrome criteria from perspectives of syndrome differentiation hierarchy,syndrome differentiation perspective,criteria function,syndrome differentiation location,and syndrome differentiation object.This article aims to provide direction for developing dampness syndrome criteria and offer a reference for establishing criteria for other syndromes.关键词
