中医药治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Sepsis-Induced Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Abstract
Objective:To systematically review the literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treat-ment of sepsis-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction,and to analyze and present the research status,hotspots and trends in this field.Methods:Literature on TCM for sepsis from inception to December 1,2024 were retrieved and exported from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform,and SinoMed.CiteSpace software was used to perform visual analysis of authors,institutions,keywords,clustering and burst terms of the literature records.Results:A total of 792 articles were included,with a steady upward trend in annual publications.Kong Li had the highest number of publications,and research teams repre-sented by Kong Li,Jiang Ronglin,Chen Fenqiao,Liu Qingquan,etc.were formed.The institution with the highest number of publications was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine(89 articles).High-frequency keywords were"clinical efficacy""gastrointestinal function""inflammatory factors".Keywords were clustered into 11 catego-ries,and keywords with high burst intensity included Shenque(CV8)acupoint,Xiaozhang Paste,etc.Conclusion:Current research hotspots focus on the evaluation of clinical efficacy of different TCM therapies and analysis of their effects on inflammatory factors.The investigation of combined therapies is a current research hotspot in this field.Research on the mechanism of TCM in treating sepsis-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction through signaling pathways is the future direction.Deficiencies in the current research include insufficient randomized controlled tri-als and inadequate team collaboration.It is suggested to strengthen multi-center cooperation and increase high-quality clinical research.关键词
