摘要
Abstract
The TCM diagnosis and treatment system for acute and critical diseases constructed based on the"Theory of Three States of Deficiency and Excess"takes"core pathogenesis-three state classification-dynamic diagnosis and treatment"as the main line,forming a set of diagnosis and treatment models for acute and critical diseases with clinical practical value.The"Theory of Three States of Deficiency and Excess"takes"temporary de-ficiency of healthy qi and sudden outbreak of excessive pathogenic factors"as the core pathogenesis and summariz-es complex critical conditions into three basic states:deficiency state,excess state and intermingled deficiency-ex-cess state,forming a clear-structured diagnosis and treatment framework.This paper systematically expounds the"Theory of Three States of Deficiency and Excess"and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatolog-ical and surgical sepsis.While clarifying the pathogenesis and key diagnosis and treatment points of the"three states",it will combine typical cases to demonstrate how to grasp the key pathogenesis through three-state identifi-cation,and on this basis,apply TCM combined with modern life support technology for synergistic intervention.关键词
