定眩三针联合潜阳定眩汤治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残余眩晕临床观察
Clinical Observation on Dingxuan Three-needle Therapy Combined with Qianyang Dingxuan Decoction in the Treatment of Residual Vertigo After Manual Reduction for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dingxuan Three-needle Therapy combined with Qian-yang Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of residual vertigo after manual reduction for benign paroxysmal posi-tional vertigo.Methods:A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups using a simple randomiza-tion method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qianyang Dingxuan Decoction,while the observation group was additionally given Dingxuan Three-needle Therapy on the basis of the control group's regimen.The Dizziness Handicap Inventory scores,Vestibular Symptom Index scores,Berg Balance Scale scores,TCM syndrome scores,cerebral hemodynamics(mean blood flow velocity and pulsatility index of vertebrobasilar ar-tery)and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory scores,Vestibular Symptom Index scores,TCM syndrome scores and pulsatility in-dex of vertebrobasilar artery in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indices in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg Balance Scale scores and mean blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indices in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%after treatment,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingxuan Three-needle Therapy combined with Qianyang Dingxuan Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with residual vertigo after manual reduction for benign par-oxysmal positional vertigo.关键词
