Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of diversified education under peer effect combined with individualized intervention on disease cognition and adverse reactions in patients with mild to moderate acne treated with fruit acid skin replacement.Methods A total of 80 patients with mild to moderate acne treated with acid peel were selected from the Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from December 2021 to January 2024,and divided into 2 groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received targeted nursing combined with peer effects and diversified educational interventions.The acne recovery of the two groups was compared,skin testing indicators,quality of life,adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results After the intervention,the Leeds score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;The skin oil content and transdermal water loss were lower than those in the control group;The Skin Disease Quality of Life Index(DLQL)score was higher than that of the control group;Adverse reactions were less than those in the control group;The Newcastle Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of mild to moderate acne patients,targeted nursing combined with multiple education through peer effect can improve the skin status of patients,reduce adverse reactions,improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
