五音疗法对Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者术后谵妄的影响
Effects of five elements musical therapy on postoperative delirium in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of five elements musical therapy on reducing the incidence of postoperative delirium(POD)and improving clinical symptoms in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection(AAD).Methods:A prospective and controlled study design was used.A total of 82 patients diagnosed with AAD and underwent surgery in First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group(42 cases)and a control group(40 cases).The control group received routine treatment after surgery,while the treatment group received additional five elements musical therapy within 24 hours after surgery.Compare the incidence of POD,duration of POD,the lasting time of ventilation,and length of hospital stay between two groups.Results:The incidence of POD in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The duration of POD,the lasting time of ventilation,and length of hospital stay in the treatment group was shorter than the control group.Conclusion:Five elements musical therapy can improve postoperative mental dysfunction in AAD patients,reduce the incidence of POD,and has good clinical application prospects.关键词
