新农科背景下涉农专业群应用型人才特征、需求及培养模式研究

Abstract
Against the backdrop of promoting rural revitalization and cultivating new agricultural productivity through the construction of new agricultural sciences,the three agriculture-related majors of local colleges and universities,namely biological science,landscape architecture and smart agriculture,cover basic research,ecological construction and wisdom in the new agricultural science talent system.In many key areas such as chemical production,the quality of talent training in agriculture-related majors is related to the country's agricultural modernization,ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization process.This paper first sorts out the development context of new agricultural science,summarizes the five core characteristics and five knowledge sections of the new agricultural science,and expounds the four-dimensional ability and literacy framework of the new agricultural science;Secondly,from the perspective of agriculture-related majors at Shangrao Normal University,the paper analyzes issues such as the curriculum system,practical teaching,and faculty,and puts forward the reform path of"optimizing the curriculum system-strengthening practical teaching-deepening the integration of industry and education-jointly building a dual-faculty team".This model builds a training system for high-quality applied talents that meets the needs of agricultural and rural modernization development in the new era,and significantly improves students'cross-disciplinary comprehensive application capabilities and industry adaptability.It can be used as a reference for the cultivation of agriculture-related professionals in local colleges and universities.关键词
