规范化培训背景下多元化教学方法在中西医结合肿瘤专业研究生培养中的运用
The Application of Diversified Teaching Methods in Postgraduate Training of Oncology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine under the Background of Standardized Training

Abstract
Against the background of the current integration of standardized training and postgraduate education,this study explored the application of diversified teaching methods in the training of postgraduates majoring in oncology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,so as to further optimize the postgraduate training model.Standardized training for residents focuses on clinical competence.Relevant training methods include teaching rounds,medical record discussions,seminars,multidisciplinary collaborative training(rotations),and outpatient preceptorships.However,postgraduates are required to master certain research capabilities upon graduation.On this basis,the team further enhanced students'clinical competence by introducing case-based teaching,outpatient preceptorships combined with instructor feedback,clinical duty shifts and patient management responsibilities.Meanwhile,it im-proved students'research capabilities by guiding their participation in academic activities as well as organizing special lectures,ex-perimental training sessions and research group meetings.Additionally,the team actively explored new feedback and assessment mechanisms to implement competency-oriented diversified teaching,so as to comprehensively enhance the clinical and research capa-bilities of postgraduates majoring in oncology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and provide new insights for im-proving the quality of professional practical teaching and boosting students'research competence.关键词
