菌酶协同发酵饲料的生产工艺及体外消化研究
A study of production process and of digestion in vitro of fermented feed by synergistic fermentation of multi-microbial and enzyme

Abstract
The fermented feed was produced using corn gluten meal and soybean meal and wheat bran as the main raw materials by synergistic fermentation with multi-microbial and enzyme.The production process were optimized by single factor experiment with the soluble protein content as indicators,and the digestibility the digestion of fermented feed were evaluated by in vitro simulation digestion method.The results showed as follows:mass ratio of corn gluten meal,soybean meal,wheat bran,corn steep liquor,molasses in medium was 7∶7∶6∶0.1∶0.2,the moisture content was 45%(V/m)in the medium.The complex strains were composed of Bacillus subtilis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus acidophilus,the ratio of seed liquid was 1∶1∶1(V/V/V),and inoculation amount was 5%(V/m),the addition of neutral protease was 100 U/g.fermentation temperature was 35 ℃,and fermentation time was 4 days.Under the optimized fermentation conditions,the content of soluble protein was 199.05 mg/g,the content of polypeptide was 102.24 mg/g,and the number of living microbial cells was 3.67×107 CFU/g.Compared with unfermented feed,the digestibility of dry matter in fermented feed was increased by 13.25 percentage points(P<0.05),and digestibility of crude protein was increased by 13.01 percentage points(P<0.05)after simulated stomach and intestinal digestion in vitro,and the digestibility of dry matter in fermented feed was increased by 6.16 percentage points(P<0.05),and digestibility of crude protein was increased by 7.67 percentage points(P<0.05)after simulated intestinal digestion in vitro.In conclusion,the nutrient value and digestibility of feed were significantly improved by synergistic fermentation with multi-microbial and enzyme,which had wide application prospects in biological feed industries.关键词
