光动力疗法联合手术治疗痤疮后病理性瘢痕疗效观察研究

Abstract
Objective To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with surgery in the treatment of pathological scars after acne.Methods Patients with pathological scars after acne who visited the 907th Hospital of the Joint Support Force from June 2022 to December 2023 were treated with surgery combined with photodynamic therapy.Follow-up was conducted for 6 to 12 months,and the clinical effects,complications,and recurrence were recorded.Results The effective rate of this group of patients was 88.89%(24/27)after 6 months of treatment,and 81.48%(22/27)after 12 months of treatment.The recurrence rate within 12 months after surgery was 8.33%(2/24).There were 3 cases of pigmentation and 1 case of scar atrophy after surgery,and the complication rate was 14.81%(4/27).Conclusion The clinical effect of surgery combined with photodynamic therapy for pathological scars after acne is relatively ideal,with a low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions.Further sample research is recommended.关键词
