抑郁症状和自我感知负担在乳腺癌患者疾病进展恐惧和焦虑症状间的链式中介作用
Chain mediating effect of depressive symptoms and self-perceived burden between fear of disease progression and anxiety symptoms in patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To examine the chain mediating effect of depressive symptoms and self-perceived burden between fear of di-sease progression and anxiety symptoms in patients with breast cancer.Methods This cross-sectional study included 210 postoperative patients with breast cancer.Assessment tools included the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and the Self-Perceived Burden Scale.Mediation effects were tested using the PROCESS medi-ation model and the Bootstrap method.Results Anxiety symptoms were present in 69.5%of the patients.Fear of disease progression,depressive symptoms,self-perceived burden,and anxiety symptoms were all significantly and positively correlated(P<0.01).Depressive symptoms and self-perceived burden demonstrated a chain mediating effect between fear of disease progression and anxiety symptoms,accounting for 3.33%of the total effect.Conclusion Anxiety symptoms were highly prevalent among patients with breast cancer.Fear of disease progression indirectly influenced anxiety symptoms through depressive symptoms and self-perceived burden.Healthcare profes-sionals should address fear of disease progression in patients with breast cancer to reduce the risk of anxiety symptoms.关键词
