响应面法优化复合益生菌发酵仔猪配合饲料工艺的研究
Study on the optimization of process for compound probiotic fermentation piglet compound feed by response surface method

Abstract
This experiment was designed to optimize the fermentation process of compound probiotic solid-state fermentation for piglet compound feed.Taking the crude fiber degradation rate as the main indicator,single-factor experiments and response surface optimization experiments were carried out on the inoculation amount(I),fermentation temperature(t),and fermentation time(T),respectively.The results indicated that the single-factor inoculation amount,fermentation temperature,or fermentation time had a significant impact on the crude fiber degradation rate of the fermented piglet compound feed(P<0.05),and the optimal ranges were:3%≤I≤9%,26 ℃≤t≤32 ℃,and 24 h≤T≤48 h.The quadratic response surface regression model predicted the optimal fermentation process parameters as:I=5.8%,t=29.62 ℃,T=42.55 h,with the crude fiber degradation rate being 16.30%,and the verification was feasible(P>0.05).Therefore,the research results could provide experimental and theoretical support for the process of compound bacteria solid-state fermentation of piglet compound feed.关键词
