从"学农"到"务农":涉农高职毕业生基层就业机制创新

Abstract
Rural revitalization depends on people.As China's rural revitalization strategy advances comprehensively,a pressing question for both higher education institutions and local governments is how to encourage graduates in agriculture-related majors to serve at the primary-level level.In response,the Taierzhuang District of Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province,has launched the"Customized Village Cadre"talent cultivation program in collaboration with local vocational colleges.Research findings show that this program,operating independently of formal administrative staffing,has initially established a standardized system for talent selection,school-local government collaborative education,and incentive guarantees.It effectively bridges the transition pathway for students in agriculture-related majors from"studying agriculture"to"practicing agriculture",offering new insights into improving the cultivation and utilization of rural talents.关键词
