摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and impact on facial aesthetics of the combined treatment of intense pulsed light and hydrodermabrasion for the injection therapy of chloasma. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,120 patients with chloasma admitted to Nanxiong People's Hospital were selected and divided into a combined treatment group(68 cases)and a single treatment group(52 cases)based on different treatment regimens. The combined treatment group received a triple therapy consisting of intense pulsed light combined with hydrodermabrasion, while the single treatment group only received intense pulsed light therapy. The severity of chloasma, transepidermal water loss(TEWL)values, stratum corneum moisture content, pigmentation regression, and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher, with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the skin barrier function of both groups improved. In terms of reducing TEWL values and increasing stratum corneum moisture content, the combined treatment group showed superior improvement compared to the single treatment group, with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin image analysis system revealed that the pigment ID values of both groups decreased after treatment, with a greater decrease in the combined treatment group compared to the single treatment group.Additionally, the recurrence rate in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group, with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The triple therapy of strong pulsed light combined with water light needle has shown good clinical efficacy and aesthetic value in the treatment of melasma. It can not only improve the clearance rate of pigmentation, but also effectively repair the skin barrier function, reduce the risk of recurrence.关键词
