Abstract
In the field of industrial protection and public health,dust masks are key equipment for blocking dust hazards.Their material adaptability,user fit,and environmental adaptability directly affect protection effectiveness and usage compliance.This study focuses on the practical application of AI technology in the design of dust masks,with material optimization,user adaptation,and environmental matching as the core.By constructing a material database to conduct simulation experiment comparisons,establishing a user virtual portrait system,and combining usage environment data to develop targeted solutions,the product is optimized through simple simulation and user feedback.Ultimately,the dust mask is improved in filtration performance,wearing comfort,and scene adaptability,providing a practical reference path for the design of protective equipment.关键词
