摘要
Abstract
Objective Explore the risk factors of incision infection after percutaneous incision plastic surgery using the modified eye bag method and analyze infection prevention measures. Methods Collect 51 patients who underwent modified eye bag percutaneous incision plastic surgery in Zhengzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 as the non infection group, and select 9 infected patients as the infection group for retrospective study.Use univariate analysis to analyze baseline and informational data of the two groups, and use logistic regression to analyze independent risk factors for postoperative infection. Results The incidence of incision infection after percutaneous incision plastic surgery using the modified eye bag method is 15.00%.Univariate analysis was used to compare the gender, age, diabetes, operation time, frequency of use of antibiotic eye ointment, and incision staining between the two groups(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, prolonged operation time, incision stained with water, and antibiotic eye ointment use frequency<2 times/day were all risk factors for incision infection after modified pouch percutaneous incision plastic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Complication with diabetes, prolonged operation time, incision stained with water, and antibiotic eye ointment used less than twice a day are all risk factors for incision infection after the modified pouch percutaneous incision plastic surgery.Clinical doctors and nurses should pay attention to the root causes of the above risk factors, take targeted preventive measures, and reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection.关键词
