Abstract
Xunong 5 is a new conventional maize variety developed by the Xuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences in the Jiangsu Xuhuai District,using RT212 as the female parent and HL210 as the male parent.It is suitable for cultivation in the Huang-Huai-Hai summer maize region.This variety exhibits high yield potential,strong comprehensive stress resistance,and wide adaptability.This paper describes the breeding process,characteristics,yield performance,comprehensive resistance,and cultivation techniques of Xunong 5,providing technical references for its extension and application.关键词
