摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ring drill extraction of hair follicle sweat gland complex in recurrent axillary osmidrosis. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 86 patients with axillary osmidrosis admitted to the plastic surgery department of the Yili Prefectural Friendship Hospital from February 2022 to February 2025.They were divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group, according to the treatment methods. The control group was treated with high-frequency electrocautery, while the observation group was treated with the ring drill hair follicle sweat gland complex extraction technique. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and wound healing time of the two groups were compared. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain conditions of the two groups at 1,3 and 7 days after the operation. The dermatology Quality of Life Index(DLQI)was used to evaluate the sweating and quality of life of the two groups before the operation and at 3 and 6 months after the operation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared 6 months after the operation. The occurrence of postoperative complications[subcutaneous hematoma, skin burn, infection, wound dehiscence]in the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was prolonged and the intraoperative blood loss was increased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group effect:Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group decreased at 1-3 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Time effect:Compared with 1 day after surgery, the VAS scores of both groups decreased at 3 and 7 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group effect:Compared with the control group, the HDSS and DLQI scores of the observation group decreased at 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Time effect:Compared with before surgery, the HDSS and DLQI scores of both groups decreased at 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the recovery rate of the observation group at 6 months after surgery was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)..Conclusion The use of the ring drill extraction of hair follicle sweat gland complex for the treatment of recurrent axillary odor resulted in a slightly longer operation time and an increased amount of bleeding. However, the wound healing time and postoperative pain were significantly reduced. Moreover,at the 6-month follow-up,the axillary odor cure rate, sweat improvement status, and quality of life were all better in the group using this method compared to the high-frequency electrocautery group.Additionally, the incidence of postoperative complications was low and the safety was high.关键词
