Abstract
With the advent of the era of population aging,China has gradually entered an aging society.The phenomenon of aging and disability has emerged in an endless stream,and the accompanying pension problems have gradually emerged.The limited old-age care community,old-age care institutions and old-age care houses are not perfect,and they are not satisfied with the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly.In the face of this shackles,home care has become the most effective and convenient transformation model.At the same time,the design of aging space has become an important direction of today's design research.This paper takes the residential model of home care as the main line.Through comparative research and data analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the housing and its derivative problems under the intergenerational co-residence model in home care,analyzes the home pain points,physiological needs and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,compares the life differences from the intergenerational perspective,and puts forward the optimization principles in the aging design,which provides a theoretical basis for the aging design.关键词
