Abstract
Coronary heart disease belongs to the category of "chest pain","true heart pain" and "Jue heart pain" in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Yang Jiwu put forward the theory of"spleen-gallbladder-heart axis",and pointed out that the core pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is "spleen deficiency-gall-bladder depression-phlegm and blood stasis".Specifically,the deficiency of spleen and stomach and the arrogation of turbid yin are the beginning of the obstruction of heart vessels,the stagnation of gallbladder fire and the disorder of pivot are the pivots of qi and fire,and the accumulation of phlegm and blood sta-sis and the obstruction of heart collaterals are the end of chest obstruction.Based on this,Yang Jiwu,a famous Chinese medicine doctor,proposed the three major treatment methods of regulating the central en-ergizer,dredging Shaoyang gallbladder fire,and removing phlegm,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,and created Heshu Dibi Decoction,which was clinically modified according to the syndrome and had a positive effect.This paper summarizes the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Yang Jiwu,in the treatment of thoracic obstruction,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.One case.关键词
