秦艳虹从热毒瘀论治小儿烂乳蛾经验
QIN Yanhong's Experience in Treating Children Rotten Milk Moth from "Heat,Poison and Stasis"
摘要
Abstract
Summarizes professor Qin Yanhong's experience in treating rotten milk moth of children from the perspective of heat,poison,and stasis,aiming to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treat-ment of the disease.Rotten milk moth is a common throat disease in children,often caused by external heat-poison combined with accumulation of heat in the lungs and stomach,leading to internal heat-poison and stasis formation,creating a pathological state where heat,poison,and stasis intertwine.Based on the characteristics of this disease and combined with the physiological and pathological traits of children,Pro-fessor Qin Yanhong established the treatment principles of dispelling wind,clearing heat,detoxifying,benefiting the throat,reducing swelling,and discharging pus.Using her self-formulated rotten milk moth decoction as a foundation,adjustments are made according to individual symptoms,and treatment is stopped once the condition improves.External therapies are also applied,with clinically confirmed effec-tiveness.One case.关键词
