岐黄针联合高压氧治疗改善中风后认知功能障碍患者大脑血流动力学的临床研究
Clinical Study on Therapeutic Effect of Qihuang Acupuncture Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Improving Cerebral Hemodynamics in Patients with Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Qihuang acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on improving cerebral hemodynamics in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 90 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were randomly assigned to the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen therapy;on which basis,the study group was also treated with Qihuang acupuncture.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Therapeutic efficacy,TCM symptom scores,cerebral hemodynamic parameters,cognitive function and activities of daily living,and adverse events during the treatment period were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was 84.44％(38/45),which was significantly higher than 64.44％(29/45)in the control group(P＜0.05).Cerebral hemodynamic parameters,cognitive function,and activities of daily living in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05),whereas the TCM symptom scores were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse events occurred during the treatment period.Only two cases of middle ear barotrauma were observed in the study group after hyperbaric oxygen therapy,both of which recovered spontaneously.The incidence of adverse events showed no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Qihuang acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.It reduces TCM symptom scores,markedly accelerates cerebral blood flow velocity,and improves cognitive function and activities of daily living.It is relatively safe,with no serious adverse events observed.关键词
