Abstract
Milk-derived exosomes serve as important bioactive carriers in milk,containing small nucleic acids and proteins that contribute to various biological functions.They play significant roles in intestinal development,immune regulation,and intercellular communication.Their ability to mediate heterogeneous information transfer makes them promising natural drug delivery vehicles.Compared to other sources'exosomes,milk exosomes offer distinct advantages,including high safety,abundant availability,and cost-effectiveness.This review summarizes current methodologies for the isolation and identification of milk-derived exosomes from domestic animals,discusses their biological functions,and highlights recent advances in research on their ncRNA components.关键词
