日粮添加浒苔多糖对山羊生长性能、表观消化率和机体免疫能力的影响
Effects of enteromorpha polysaccharide supplementation on growth performance,apparent digestibility and immune ability of goats

Abstract
In this experiment,30 healthy Huanghuai goats with similar body weight were randomly selected and divided into three groups.The addition of enteromorpha polysaccharide(EP)in the diet was 0,0.10%and 0.15%,respectively.The experimental period was 70 days,the pre-feeding period was 10 days,and the formal period was 60 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,dietary addition of EP had no significant effect on the final weight,average daily feed intake and feed weight ratio of goats(P>0.05).Dietary addition of EP had a tendency to increase the average daily weight gain of goats(P=0.0893).Different treatments had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acidic detergent fiber(ADF)in goats(P>0.05).Dietary supplementation of EP significantly increased the total antioxidant capacity and SOD content in plasma(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary addition of EP could significantly increase the plasma immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and interleukin-2 levels in goats(P<0.05),among which,0.15%group was significantly higher than 0.10%group and control group(P<0.05);Dietary addition of EP significantly reduced plasma interferon γ content(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on immunoglobulin M,interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 levels(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary addition of EP can effectively improve the immunity of goats,with a trend of increasing the average daily weight gain of goats,and the effect of 0.15%group is better than that of 0.10%group.关键词
