调理脾胃法针刺结合达英-35治疗脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对炎症因子的影响
Efficacy of Spleen-Stomach Regulating Acupuncture Combined with Diane-35 in Treatment of PCOS of Spleen-Deficiency and Phlegm-Damp Type and Its Influence to Inflammatory Cytokines

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Spleen-Stomach regulating acupuncture combined with Diane-35 in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-damp type and to explore its influence to inflammatory cytokines.Methods:A total of 94 PCOS patients with Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-damp type were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with Diane-35;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Spleen-Stomach regulating acupuncture.Both groups underwent continuous treatment for three menstrual cycles.Menstrual status,serum endocrine hormones(FSH,LH,E2,T,INS),inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6),medication side effect scale,and adverse event scale were evaluated before the treatment,after the treatment,and at a 3-month follow-up in the two groups.Results:Among the 94 patients enrolled,42 completed the study in the treatment group with 5 dropouts,and 38 completed the study in the control group with 9 dropouts,resulting in an overall dropout rate of 14.89％(14/94).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.6％(41/42),which was significantly higher than 81.6％(31/38)in the control group(P＜0.05).In the treatment group,comparisons of LH,T,and INS levels before and after the treatment,as well as at the follow-up,showed statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).In the control group,the levels of E2,T,and INS were significantly improved after the trentment compared with before the treatment(P＜0.05),whereas FSH levels did not change significantly(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-Stomach regulating acupuncture combined with Diane-35 demonstrates significant and lasting clinical efficacy in treatment of PCOS of Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-damp type,which can reduce inflammatory cytokines,showing superior effects compared to Diane-35 alone.关键词
