颈部肌筋膜触发点针刺联合温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Study on Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Myofascial Trigger Point Acupuncture Combined with Needle-Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of CSR

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical myofascial trigger point acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 92 patients with CSR were randomly assigned to the control group(n=46)and the combined group(n=46).The control group received needle-warming moxibustion at the points of Tianzhu(BL10),Houxi(SI3),Xuanzhong(GB39),cervical Jiaji points,and Dazhui(DU14);on which basis,the combined group also received cervical myofascial trigger point acupuncture.Both groups were treated 5 times per week for 2 weeks.Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores,Neck Disability Index(NDI)scores,and serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Clinical efficacy was also evaluated in both groups.Results:The scores of pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue scale(VAS),present pain intensity(PPI),and NDI,as well as the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-1β were significantly reduced in both groups after the treatment;in which the combined group showed greater improvements than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group was 93.47％(43/46),which was significantly higher than 76.09％(35/46)in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.35％(2/46)in the combined group and 2.17％(1/46)in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Cervical myofascial trigger points acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion demonstrates a significant clinical effect in treatment of CSR.This combined therapy can effectively relieve pain,improve cervical spine function and clinical symptoms,and reduce inflammatory responses in patients.关键词
