Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound features and combined serum micro ribonucleic acid(miR)-196b,miR-25,visfatin,and thrombin-sensitive protein(TSP-1)in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC),and to provide a reference basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of this disease.[Methods]Ninety-eight PLC patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan City from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the PLC group,and 98 patients with benign liver tumors admitted to the hospital during the same period were also selected as the benign group,and 98 healthy people who underwent health checkups in the hospital during the same period were selected as the normal control group.The ultrasound characteristics of PLC group and benign group were compared,the ultrasound diagnosis results were analyzed,the levels of serum miR-196b,miR-25,visfatin,and TSP-1 of the three groups were compared,and the PLC group was defined as positive and the benign group was defined as negative,and the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with serum miR-196b,miR-25,visfatin,and TSP-1 for PLC was analyzed by plotting the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of the subjects and obtaining the area under the curve(AUC).[Results]The percentage of lesions with maximum diameter≥3 cm,irregular morphology,unclear boundary and with halo sign were higher in PLC group than in benign group(P<0.05).The results of ultrasonography showed that there were 85 true-positive cases,73 true-negative cases,25 misdiagnosis cases,and 13 omission cases.Levels of serum miR-196b,miR-25,and visfatin in the PLC group were higher than those in the benign group and the normal control group(P<0.05),and they were also higher in the benign group than in the normal control group(P<0.05).Level of serum TSP-1 was lower in the PLC group than in the benign group and the normal control group(P<0.05),and it was also lower in the benign group than in the normal control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value of ultrasound combined with serum miR-196b,miR-25,visfatin,and TSP-1 to diagnose PLC was 0.940,which was higher than that of each index detected alone(0.806,0.862,0.832,0.818,and 0.804,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The ultrasound characteristics of PLC patients were mostly characterized by lesions with a maximum diameter of≥3 cm,irregular morphology,unclear borders,and halo signs,and the levels of serum miR-196b,miR-25,and visfatin were highly expressed,whereas the level of serum TSP-1 was low,and the combination of ultrasound with serum miR-196b,miR-25,visfatin,and TSP-1 had a high practical value in the clinical diagnosis of PLC.关键词
