摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the predictive value of combining fetal umbilical artery ultrasound parameters with serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels for pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.[Methods]A total of 114 patients with preeclampsia were selected from January 2023 to January 2024 and categorized into a group with good pregnancy outcomes and a group with adverse pregnancy outcomes based on their pregnancy outcomes. The systolic to diastolic blood flow velocity ratio(S/D),resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)of fetal umbilical artery ultrasound parameters, and serum VEGF levels, were compared between the two groups. The correlation between each indicator and pregnancy outcomes was analyzed,as well as their predictive value for adverse pregnancy outcomes.[Results]The S/D,RI,and PI of ultrasound parameters in the group with adverse pregnancy outcomes were significantly higher than those in the group with good pregnancy outcomes, while the serum VEGF level was significantly lower than that in the group with good pregnancy outcomes, with statistical significance differences(P<0.05).The S/D,RI,and PI of fetal umbilical artery ultrasound parameters were positively correlated with pregnancy outcomes, while the serum VEGF level was negatively correlated with pregnancy outcomes, with statistical significance differences(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes using the combined detection of fetal umbilical artery ultrasound parameters S/D,RI,PI,and serum VEGF levels were 0.745,0.760,0.739,0.737,0.906,with Youden's indices of 0.388,0.453,0.409,0.456 and 0.738,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with high levels of umbilical artery ultrasound parameters S/D,RI,PI,and serum VEGF had a 2.511-fold,3.087-fold,2.613-fold,and 0.453-fold higher risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes compared with those with low levels, respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The S/D,RI,PI of ultrasound parameters of fetal umbilical artery, and serum VEGF levels, are closely related to the pregnancy outcomes of patients with preeclampsia. The combined detection of these indicators can provide certain reference value for clinical prediction of adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
