利音开窍针法配合语言康复训练对中风后失语患者语言功能改善的临床研究
Clinical Study on Improvement of Speech Function in Patients with PSA Treated by Liyin Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Speech Rehabilitation Training

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Liyin Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training on language function improvement in patients with post-stroke aphasia(PSA).Methods:A total of 98 patients with PSA were randomly assigned to the control group and the study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with speech rehabilitation training;on which basis,the study group was also treated with Liyin Kaiqiao acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,levels of neurological factors,cerebral artery hemodynamic parameters,improvements in speech ability,quality of life,and therapy safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92％(47/49)in the study group,which was significantly higher than 81.63％(40/49)in the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed significant increases in nerve growth factor(NGF),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),mean blood flow velocities(Vm)of the middle,anterior,and posterior cerebral arteries,Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE)scores,Functional Communication Profile(CFCP)scores,Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)grading,and Stroke and Aphasia Quality of Life Scale-39(SAQOL-39)scores after the treatment compared with pretreatment(P＜0.05);in which the study group showed significant improvements than the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of endothelin(ET)decreased significantly after the treatment in both groups,with the study group showing lower level than the control group(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment period.Conclusion:Liyin Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training demonstrates significant therapeutic effects in patients with PSA.It can effectively regulate neurotrophic factor levels and cerebral artery blood flow velocity,promote speech function recovery,improve quality of life,with a favorable safety profile.关键词
