Perceived Stress Status and Its Influencing Factors Among Medical Emergency Rescue Personnel

Abstract
Objective To investigate the perceived stress status and its influencing factors among medical emer-gency rescue personnel.Methods A cross-sectional survey design and convenience sampling method were used.A total of 635 medical emergency rescue personnel who participated in emergency rescue operations in Guangxi Zhuang Autono-mous Region from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects.Basic information was collected using a general questionnaire,and perceived stress was assessed using the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS).Participants were divided into a perceived stress group and a no perceived stress group.Logistic multivariate regression analysis was performed to examine the potential influencing factors of perceived stress status among medical emergency rescue personnel.Results A total of 635 questionnaires were distributed,and 600 valid questionnaires were collected,with a response rate of 94.49％.The CPSS scores of the 600 medical emergency rescue personnel ranged from 14 to 56,with an average of(26.35±4.42).Among them,336 cases(56.00％)had CPSS scores>25,and 264 cases(44.00％)had CPSS scores≤25.Statistically significant differences were observed between the no perceived stress group and the per-ceived stress group in terms of age,education level,monthly income,employment type,and experience in pandemic rescue(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age,education level,monthly income,employment type,and experience in pandemic rescue were all influencing factors of perceived stress status among medical emergency rescue personnel(P<0.05).Conclusion Among medical emergency rescue personnel,56.00％experienced perceived stress.Age,education level,monthly income,employment type,and experience in pandemic rescue may all influence their per-ceived stress status.关键词
