规范化急救联合针对性护理对原发性肝癌破裂出血患者预后的影响
Influence of Standardized Emergency Treatment Combined with Targeted Nursing on the Prognosis of Patients with Ruptured Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of standardized emergency measures combined with targeted nursing interventions on emergency outcomes,liver function recovery,and complications in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma rupture and hemorrhage(HCC-RH).Methods A total of 90 patients with HCC-RH admitted between January 2023 and March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional emergency care and basic nursing,while the observation group received standardized emergency measures(including multidisciplinary collaboration,a stepwise hemostasis protocol,precise volume management,etc.)combined with structured targeted nursing interventions.The two groups were compared regarding emergency success rate,hemostasis time,hospital stay,complication rate,and liver function indicators(ALT,AST,TBIL)after 7 days of treat-ment.Results The emergency success rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.56％vs.77.78％,P<0.05).Both hemostasis time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.67％vs.22.22％,P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,and TBIL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized emergency measures combined with targeted nursing interventions can effectively improve the emergency success rate,shorten hemostasis time and hospital stay,reduce the risk of complications,and pro-mote liver function recovery in patients with HCC-RH.关键词
