岭南背针联合迎随补法治疗肾阳虚型腰痛的临床研究
Clinical Study of Lingnan Back Acupuncture Combined with Directional Supplementing and Draining Method in Treatment of Low Back Pain of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lingnan back acupuncture combined with directional supplementing and draining method in treatment of lower back pain of Kidney-Yang deficiency pattern.Methods:A total of 70 patients with low back pain of the Kidney-Yang deficiency pattern were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine acupuncture combined with directional supplementing and draining method,whereas the treatment group received Lingnan back acupuncture combined with directional supplementing and draining method.Changes in the Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association score for low back pain(M-JOA),visual analog scale(VAS)for lumbar pain,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),and clinical sign scores were observed before and after the treatment in both groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The overall effective rate was 94.29％(33/35)in the treatment group,which was higher than 77.14％(27/35)in the control group(P＜0.05).The ODI scores were significantly reduced after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.01);the reductions were more significant in the treatment group(P＜0.05).The scores of M-JOA,VAS,and clinical signs significantly decreased after the treatment compared with baseline in both groups(P＜0.01,P＜0.05);the scores were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).No severe adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion:Lingnan back acupuncture combined with directional supplementing and draining method can significantly improve symptoms in patients with low back pain of Kidney-Yang deficiency pattern,demonstrating superior efficacy compared with conventional acupuncture combined with directional supplementing and draining method.In addition,this combined therapy causes less needling discomfort,has better patient compliance,and exhibits high safety.关键词
