经颅重复针刺手法结合电针治疗面肌痉挛的临床研究
Clinical Study on Transcranial Repetitive Acupuncture Manipulation Combined with EA in Treatment of Hemifacial Spasm

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of transcranial repetitive acupuncture manipulation combined with dense-wave electro-acupuncture(EA)in treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods:60 patients meeting inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group received transcranial repetitive acupuncture manipulation combined with dense-wave EA,whereas the control group received conventional acupuncture.Overall clinical efficacy,facial spasm intensity grading score,facial spasm frequency grading score,and surface electromyography(sEMG)parameters were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00％(27/30)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 63.33％(19/30)in the control group(P＜0.05).The reductions in both facial spasm intensity and frequency scores were significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The improvements in sEMG parameters were significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial repetitive acupuncture combined with EA dense wave therapy demonstrates superior clinical efficacy to conventional acupuncture in treating hemifacial spasm.关键词
