摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of a multidisciplinary collaboration-based emergency green channel management model in the treatment of patients with acute abdomen. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 96 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the Emergency Department of Luoyuan County Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025.They were divided into an observation group(multidisciplinary collaboration green channel,n=48)and a control group(conventional emergency care,n=48)based on the treatment model.Treatment efficiency, pain levels, treatment outcomes, complications, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had significantly shorter time intervals across all treatment stages, including time from admission to diagnosis, time from diagnosis to surgery, time from admission to ICU admission, pain relief time, and total hospital stay, compared to the control group(P<0.001).At 1h,2h,and 4h after treatment, the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)pain scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.001).The observation group had significantly higher rates of diagnostic accuracy(95.83%vs.81.25%),treatment effectiveness(97.92%vs.85.42%),and patient satisfaction(95.83%vs.79.17%)(P<0.05),and a significantly lower overall complication rate(6.25%vs.22.92%,P=0.021)compared to the control group. Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaboration-based emergency green chan-nel management model can significantly improve treatment efficiency, effectively relieve pain, improve treatment outcomes, reduce complication risks, and enhance patient satisfaction for patients with acute abdomen.关键词
