基于MDT的急救管理模式对重度烧伤患者救治效率及预后的影响
Impact of MDT-based Emergency Management Model on Treatment Efficiency and Prognosis in Patients with Severe Burns

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying a multidisciplinary team(MDT)-based emergency man-agement model in the emergency treatment of patients with severe burns.Methods A total of 58 patients with severe burns admitted to The 73rd Group Army Hospital of the PLA from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The emergency timeliness,recovery status,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed sig-nificantly shorter times for emergency examination,consultation physician arrival,emergency debridement,wound heal-ing,ICU treatment,and hospital stay(P<0.001).At admission,there were no significant differences in the scores of the eight dimensions—physical functioning,role-physical,bodily pain,general health perceptions,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional,and mental health—between the two groups(P>0.05).Before discharge,the scores of all dimensions in both groups were significantly higher than those at admission,and compared with the control group,the observation group showed a more significant increase in each dimension score(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the total complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower(6.90％vs.27.59％,P=0.037).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with severe burns,the MDT-based emergency management model pathway can improve emergency timeliness,promote patient recovery,enhance quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
