Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Maintenance Therapy for Ovarian Cancer(2025)
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer imposes a heavy disease burden and has a high recurrence rate,seriously affecting patients'quality of life and long-term prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine exhibits advantages in enhancing efficacy,reducing toxicity,stabilizing the disease condition,and improving survival in the maintenance therapy of ovarian cancer,and its clinical value has attracted increasing attention.However,there is still a lack of industry consensus on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and typing,medication standards,and treatment regimens specifically for the maintenance therapy stage.To further improve and refine the whole-course management system of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for ovarian cancer,this consensus is guided by key clinical issues of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,refers to international guideline development standards,and adheres to the principle of"evidence-based as the mainstay,consensus as a supplement,and experience as a reference".Through systematic review of relevant literature and multiple rounds of expert demonstration,this expert consensus is formulated.It aims to provide clinicians with evidence-based traditional Chinese medicine maintenance treatment strategies and medication references centered on syndrome differentiation and treatment,thereby improving the standardization level of whole-course management for ovarian cancer.关键词
