沈洪教授基于气血阴阳理论运用角药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验
Professor SHEN Hong's Experience in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Using Herbal Triads Based on the Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang Theory

Abstract
Guided by the Qi,Blood,Yin,and Yang Theory,Professor SHEN Hong believes that spleen-stomach qi deficiency is the root cause of chronic atrophic gastritis,while dampness turbidity,food stagnation,and qi stagnation are the onset of the disease.Professor SHEN points out that prolonged these syndromes can lead to yin deficiency,yang deficiency,and blood stasis.In terms of treatment,seven methods are flexibly applied:strengthening the spleen,resolving dampness,promoting digestion,relieving stagnation,nourishing yin,warming yang,and resolving stasis.Based on different pathological characteristics,seven groups of herbal triads are summarized to facilitate recovery.In the early stage,spleen deficiency is addressed with Dangshen(Codonopsis pilosula)-Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)-Yiyiren(Coicis semen)to strengthen the spleen and replenish qi;dampness turbidity is addressed with Fuling(Poria cocos)-Sharen(Amomum villosum)-Caodoukou(Alpinia katsumadai)to resolve dampness and eliminate turbidity;food stagnation is addressed with fried malt(Hordei fructus germinatus)-fried rice sprout(Oryzae fructus germinatus)-charred Jiao Liushenqu(Massa medicata fermentata)to promote digestion and resolve stagnation.Liver qi stagnation is addressed with Chaihu(Radix)-Baishao(Paeoniae radix alba)-Danggui(Angelicae sinensis Radix)to soothe the liver and relieve stagnation.In the later stage,yin deficiency is addressed with Beishashen(Glehniae radix)-Maidong(Ophiopogonis radix)-Wuweizi(Schisandrae chinensis fructus)to nourish yin and promote fluid production;yang deficiency is addressed with Huangqi(Astragalus radix)-Guizhi(Cinnamomi ramulus)-Paojiang(Zingiberis rhizoma praeparatum)to warm yang and replenish qi.Blood stasis is addressed with Ezhu(Curcuma zedoaria)-Shijianchuan(Salvia chinensis)-Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa)to activate blood circulation and resolve stasis.关键词
