中西医结合治疗肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Combined Therapy for Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Fracture with Liver and Kidney Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment for osteopo-rotic thoracolbar fractures(OTF)associated with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,guided by the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"liver and kidney of the same origin".Methods:A total of 140 patients with OTF of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,treated from January 2024 to April 2025,were randomly assigned to two groups:70 patients in the observation group and 70 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with preoperative oral celecoxib forgesia percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)postoperative salmon calcitonin nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with preoperative manual reduction PVP postoperative salmon calonin nasal spray oral Qian's Bugan Yishen Zhuanggu decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,VAS score,bone metabolism and bone density change before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the clinical effica-cy of treating OTF with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome based on the"liver and kidney of the same origin"was veri-fied.Results:After the operation,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and VAS score of the two groups were improved significantly compared with those before the operation(P<0.05),and the improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and VAS score in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);Both groups effectively improved bone metabolism and increased bone mineral density(P<0.5),and the improvement of the observation group in regula-ting bone metabolism and increasing bone mineral density was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guided by the theory of"liver and kidney of the same origin",PVP combined with manual reduction and Qian's Bugan Yishen Zhuanggu decoction can significantly improve the residual low back pain after surgery,regulate bone metabolism and improve bone density,and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
