针灸联合推拿对腰椎间盘突出症炎性状态、疼痛耐受阈值和腰椎功能的影响
The Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Tuina on Inflammatory State,Pain Tolerance Threshold and Lumbar Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Tuina in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and explore its effects on the inflammatory state,pain tolerance threshold,and lumbar function of patients.Methods LDH patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into a control group and a study group using the block randomization method,with 106 patients in each group.During the study,7 patients were lost to follow-up in the control group,and 3 patients were lost to follow-up in the study group.Finally,99 patients in the control group and 103 patients in the study group were included in the analysis.The control group was treated with Tuina,while the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with Tuina.Both groups received treatment for 8 weeks.The changes in inflammatory state,pain tolerance threshold at different frequencies,and lumbar function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was also evaluated.Results The overall clinical efficacy rate of the study group was 95.15%(98/103),which was significantly higher than 83.84%(83/99)of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment before,both groups showed a significant decrease in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores after treatment(P<0.05),while the pain tolerance thresholds at 5,250,and 2 000 Hz and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)Low Back Pain Evaluation Scale scores significantly increased(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvements of the above indicators in the study group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Tuina has a significant therapeutic effect on LDH patients.It can reduce the inflammatory level,improve the pain tolerance threshold,and enhance the lumbar function.关键词
