高校辅导员引领中医药文化育人实践路径研究
Research on the practical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine cultural education guided by university counselors:A case study of the Medical Department of Hubei Minzu University

Abstract
In the context of"Three-Wide Education"(all-round,whole-process,and all-member education)in the new era,the Medical Department of Hubei Minzu University has developed a"Three-Education Integration"pathway for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)cultural education led by university counselors.This pathway is based on the immersive environmental cultivation and creates symbolic cultural fields such as Chinese herbal gardens and"one-stop"student health communities to enhance cultural identity.Through experiential activitites that translate knowledge into practice,herb gathering expeditions,TCM free clinics,and medicinal diet workshops to promote the internalization of culture values.Through further incorporating innovation and entrepreneurship as a breakthrough,more projects are incubated relying on platforms like the student startup incubation base to promote cultural regeneration.Progressing from environmental immersive education to activity-based education,and further to entrepreneurship education,this pathway forms a cohesive and tiered system that guides students through a deepening process regarding TCM culture from perceptual cognition to internal identification,and further to innovative transformation.关键词
