职业院校校长满意度的影响机制与优化路径
Influencing Mechanism and Optimization Paths of Principal Satisfaction in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
To accurately outline the practical blueprint for high-quality development of vocational education in China and respond to the strategic call of"running education that satisfies the people",this study is grounded in the theory of work adjustment proposed by the University of Minnesota.Using the localized revised Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire(MSQ),a special survey was conducted among principals of vocational colleges across 31 provinces(excluding HongKong,Macao and Taiwan regions)in 2024.The study finds that the overall school-running satisfaction of principals in China's vocational colleges is at a"relatively satisfactory"level,with a distinctive characteristic that internal satisfaction is higher than external satisfaction.In terms of regional distribution,it shows a pattern of"high in the east and low in the west";regarding inter-school types,key schools present higher satisfaction than ordinary schools.Based on the core logic of person-environment fit,and combined with the typological features of vocational education such as industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,targeted optimization paths are proposed from four dimensions:precise policy supply,optimized resources allocation,social perception guidance,and internal school governance.These paths aim to improve the alignment between the external environment and principals'needs,narrow multi-dimensional gaps,enhance public recognition and satisfaction,and consolidate the advantages of internal satisfaction.关键词
