Study on Employer Satisfaction Survey in National Vocational Education

Abstract
Based on data from the 2024 National Vocational Education Satisfaction Survey,the study comprehensively examines employers'satisfaction evaluations of graduates from vocational colleges.The results indicate that employers are generally satisfied overall.Employers'actual perceptions of vocational college graduates exceed their expectations.Notably,over the past five years,the overall employment satisfaction of employers hiring secondary vocational graduates has significantly improved,with a marked enhancement in employer expectations.Significant regional,industry and institutional differences exist in employer satisfaction.Employer expectations have a more pronounced impact on overall employment satisfaction.Skill levels and development potential are identified as key shortcomings constraining the improvement of employer satisfaction.Based on the findings,the study recommends strengthening skill and potential development to solidify the foundation for satisfaction enhancement,optimizing employer expectation management to improve subjective perceptions of satisfaction,and implementing targeted strategies tailored to regional and sectoral differences to precisely boost employer satisfaction.关键词
