企业参与高职院校产业学院建设的动力机制研究
Motivational Mechanisms of Enterprises Participating in the Construction of Industrial Colleges of Higher Vocational College

Abstract
The rapid restructuring of industrial systems and technological upgrading has created differentiated patterns in enterprises participating in the construction of industry colleges of higher vocational colleges,highlighting the need to clarify the underlying motivational mechanisms.Drawing on stakeholder theory,human capital theory,corporate social responsibility theory,and contingency perspectives,this study develops an integrative analytical framework.Questionnaire data from 234 enterprises are analyzed using structural equation modeling to examine the effects of policy support,economic benefits,corporate social responsibility,industrial technology pressure,internal organizational factors,participation experience,and school-enterprise matching on participation motivation,and the mediating mechanism of the matching degree is examined in detail.The results indicate that policy support,economic benefits,internal organizational factors,and participation experience exert significant positive effects,whereas corporate social responsibility and industrial technology pressure show non-significant effects,reflecting contextual dependency.The school-enterprise matching degree not only significantly enhances enterprises'willingness to participate but also partially mediates the indirect effects of policy support and economic benefits,serving as a critical hub in the motivational mechanism.This study reveals the differentiated logic underlying corporate behavior,providing a theoretical basis for the government to design incentive measures,optimize institutional collaboration mechanisms in industry colleges,and formulate strategies for corporate participation.关键词
