Study on the Impact of Agricultural New Quality Productivity on Food Security
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural new quality productivity,as the core kinetic energy to promote agricultural modernization,not only reconstructs the logic of agricultural production mode and resource allocation,but also provides new ideas and paths for the optimization of food security system.Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022,the effect of agricultural new quality productivity on food security and its mechanism of action were empirically examined.The results showed that agricultural new quality productivity significantly has improved the level of food secu-rity;agricultural new quality productivity indirectly contributes to food security by promoting agricultural technological progress,which verifies the mediating mechanism of"new agricultural productivity-agricultural technological progress-food security";the impact of agricultural new quality productivity on food security is regionally heterogeneous,with a significant effect on grain production,sown area and yields in major grain-producing areas,while the impact on non-major producing areas is relatively limited.Accordingly,it is proposed to strengthen the agglom-eration and integration of factors of agricultural new quality productivity,build a new kinetic energy system of modern agriculture,improve the mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and transformation,enhance the effectiveness of technological transformation of agricultural new quality productivity,apply policies according to the region,promote the spatial precision allocation of new agricultural produc-tivity,enhance the ability of regional food security,optimize the institutional environment,and improve the policy system and performance evalu-ation mechanism for supporting the development of agricultural new quality productivity.The recommendations are to deepen the understanding of the agricultural new quality productivity.关键词
